Banyaknya Jari pada Manusia adalah 20 Jari

Tahu gak adik-adik? Ternyata pada anggota tubuh kita yang sehat ini, memiliki 20 jari. Dari 20 jari itu, 10 jari adalah jari tangan dan 10 jari lainnya adalah jari kaki.

10 jari tangan tersebut terbagi dua bagian, yaitu pada bagian tangan kanan dan pada bagian tangan kiri. Pada bagian tangan kanan, ada sebanyak 5 jari dan pada bagian tangan kiri ada sebanyak 5 jari.

Begitupula pada jari kaki yang berjumlah 10 terbagi pada bagian kaki kanan dan pada bagian kaki kiri. Pada bagian kaki kanan, ada sebanyak 5 jari dan pada bagian kaki kiri juga ada sebanyak dari 5 jari.

Menghitung Jari dari 1 sampai 5

Coba hitung, berapa banyak jari kamu pada bagian tangan kanan? Kita mulai dari ibu jari ya?
Untuk ibu jari saja = satu 
Dari ibu jari ke jari telunjuk = dua 
Dari ibu jari ke jari tengah = tiga
Dari ibu jari ke jari manis = empat
Dari ibu jari ke jari kelingking =lima

Jadi, dari ibu jari ke jari jari kelingking adalah 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Menghitung Jari dari 1 sampai 10

Kita sudah menghitung banyaknya jari pada tangan kanan. Ada berapa? Betul sekali, ada sebanyak 5 jari tangan kanan. Banyaknya jari pada bagian tangan kiri juga sama banyak, yaitu ada sebanyak 5 jari tangan kiri.

Kita akan mengitung banyaknya jari tangan dimulai dari jari pada tangan kanan kemudian jari pada tangan kiri. Karena sebelumnya, kita telah menghitung dari ibu jari sampai jari kelingking pada tangan kanan yang ada sebanyak 5 jari maka kita hanya melanjutkan saja.

Jari tangan kanan ke ibu jari tangan kiri = enam
Jari tangan kanan ke jari telunjuk tangan kiri = tujuh
Jari tangan kanan ke jari tengah tangan kiri = delapan
Jari tangan kanan ke jari manis tangan kiri = sembilan
Jari tangan kanan ke jari kelingking tangan kiri = sepuluh

Jadi, dari ibu jari tangan kanan ke jari kelingking tangan kiri adalah 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

Menghitung dari 1 Sampai 20: Cara Menjumlahkan / Menambah Angka Satuan dan Belasan dengan Maksimal Hasilnya adalah 20

Sekarang kita belajar cara berhitung dari 1 sampai 20 dengan menggunakan jari.
  • Dari ibu jari ke jari telunjuk = 2 jari. Ini kita menjumlahkan 1 jari + 1 jari (ibu jari ditambah jari telunjuk)
  • Dari ibu jari ke jari tengah = 3 jari. Ini kita menjumlahkan 2 jari + 1 jari (ibu jari dan jari telunjuk ditambah jari tengah)
  • Dari ibu jari ke jari manis = 4 jari. Ini kita menjumlahkan 3 jari + 1 jari (ibu jari, jari telunjuk, dan jari tengah ditambah jari manis)
  • Dari ibu jari ke jari kelingking = 5 jari. Ini kita menjumlahkan 4 jari + 1 jari (ibu jari, jari telunjuk, jari tengah, jari manis ditambah jari kelingking).
  • Ibu jari dan jari telunjuk + jari tengah dan jari manis = 4 jari. Ini kita menjumlahkan 2 jari + 2 jari.
  • Ibu jari, jari telunjuk, dan jari tengah + jari manis dan jari kelingking = 5 jari. Ini kita menjumlahkan 3 jari + 2 jari.
  • dan seterusnya.
Jadi, kita ketahui bahwa
  • 2 = 1+1 
  • 3 = 2+1 atau 3 = 1+2
  • 4 = 3+1 atau 4 = 1+3
  • 5 = 4+1 atau 5 = 1+4  
  • 5 = 3+2 atau 5 = 2+3
Untuk menjumlahkan 3+2, kita tinggal berhitung dari 3 ditambah dua angka berikutnya lagi, yaitu 4 dan 5. Jadi, 3+2=5.

Untuk menjumlahkan 5+3, kita tinggal  berhitung dari 5 ditambah tiga angka berikutnya lagi, yaitu 6, 7 dan 8. Jadi, 5+3 = 8.

Untuk menjumlahkan 7+4, kita tinggal  berhitung dari 7 ditambah empat angka berikutnya lagi, yaitu 7, 8, 9, 10 dan 11. Jadi, 7+4=11.

Untuk menjumlahkan 5+11,  bagaimana? caranya sama, yaitu berhitung dari 5 ditambah sebelas angka berikutnya.

Sudah paham kan cara menjumlahkan?

Catatan: Ajarkan atau ajak anak berhitung dari 1 sampai 20 seperti cara di atas dengan menggunakan jari. Agar mereka bisa memahami secara kontekstual tentang apa itu bilangan dan bagaimana logika cara berhitung penjumlahan atau penambahan antara bilangan-bilangan satuan, belasan, atau puluhan. Setelah itu, ditekankan agar mereka bisa menghapal hasil penjumlahan pada bilangan satuan sehingga memudahkan dalam penjumlahan dengan bilangan-bilangan puluhan, ratusan, ribuan, dan seterusnya. Jangan lupa, ajarkan apa dan bagaimana membaca bilangan belasan, puluhan, ratusan sesuai dengan kemampuan mereka.
